Two-bedroom apartment located in the historical building of Republica area, Milan, Italy. The total square meters are 147. The starting point of the design is analyzing the renovation possibilities.

The typology of the apartment includes a living room combined with a kitchen area, focused on transforming the space into welcoming guests. Functional areas: entrance, open space of kitchen and living room, master bedroom (bathroom+walk in closet), guest bedroom (bathroom+wardrobe).
